Access and data

No. Search and every public record field are open to anyone.
Public record fields are open to view without an account. For programmatic access, use the Explorer API.
The gate covers the documents Bluprynt has gathered, the verbatim quotes taken from them, collateral and capital-flow analysis, and the complete disclosure record. The Source: links on public fields still point to the original pages.
No. Search and the registry records serve the Explorer website only. The Explorer API covers tokenomics changes and your own watchlist, monitoring changes and notifications. For other programmatic access, ask product@bluprynt.com.

Reading a record

No. It counts how many checklist items are on record. It says nothing about whether the asset is safe.
No. It means the registry holds no evidenced value. The issuer may publish it somewhere the registry hasn’t read yet.
No. Items count only when a source supports them. Missing items stay missing.

Issuers

Yes. It can click Claim this profile, verify through KYI and then publish disclosures in Bluprynt Passport.
It creates an issuer account, verifies a control wallet and continues in Bluprynt Passport, where it completes KYI and publishes disclosures. The record then shows KYI verified.
